Cost of appliance repair
There are two primary costs to the customer:
1. The service call: This is to pay the technician for the cost of a diagnosis or a quick repair/installation where ordering parts is not involved. This will be presented as a service call invoice. SnapFixRepair currently charges $85 while others charge $120-$130 or more!
2. The repair price: This is quoted in an estimate and includes the price of the parts, any consumables used, and the MASPG job rate for the repair labor.
Once an estimate is approved by the customer, it will be converted into a repair invoice. A 50% deposit is due upfront to facilitate the ordering of parts and to add the technician to an available schedule based on forecasted shipment of the part.
Once the repair is completed satisfactorily, the remainder of the repair invoice is due, and the process is complete.
